Our "Best Deals," "Fresh Drops," and "Featured Shops" algorithms are driven strictly by the underlying data: price per gram, verified menu updates, and user availability. If a shop charges an exorbitant "tourist tax" on standard strains, our data will reflect that reality. We exist to serve the consumer, not the establishments.
2. Data Sourcing & Accuracy
Our live price index is built from a combination of direct coffeeshop submissions, on-the-ground verification, and community-sourced menu photographs.
- Verification: We strive to verify all prices against recent menu images before adding them to our registry.
- Update Frequency: Our system actively monitors for menu changes. Strains that have not been verified within a reasonable timeframe are automatically flagged or removed from active inventory to prevent "ghost menus."
- Corrections: If you spot an inaccuracy, we encourage community corrections. We update our database daily to correct any discrepancies.
3. Harm Reduction & Safety First
We adhere to strict Your Money or Your Life (YMYL) content standards. Cannabis consumption carries risks, particularly for tourists unfamiliar with Dutch strain potencies.
All of our educational content, including dosage guides, legal overviews, and health safety warnings, is thoroughly researched. We do not make medical claims about cannabis. Our content is purely informational, designed to keep tourists safe, informed, and out of trouble with local authorities.
