Popeye Coffeeshop Menu 2026

About Popeye

Popeye on Haarlemmerstraat (since 1988) is a beloved Haarlemmerdijk-area institution with two levels of seating and a menu that's kept pace with modern trends while honoring its history. The staff are notably friendly and helpful. The menu features modern strains like Permanent Marker (€30 for premium) alongside Dutch classics. The two-level layout provides separate vibes — a busier ground floor and a more relaxed upstairs. The Haarlemmerstraat location puts it in one of Amsterdam's best dining and shopping streets. Popeye combines old-school warmth with contemporary menu curation.
